-A: All versions of Certify feature expense detail and accounts payable reporting. Certify also allows you to export your expense report in multiple views and formats including Microsoft Excel and PDF formats.

-A: Certify currently has 132 currency options available and will take care of currency conversions for you. Conversions are even based on the actual day the expense was incurred. Certify even updates the United States Federal rates as the change overtime automatically. You can also specify multiple reimbursement rates in varying currencies and create custom rates as needed.

-A: Certify will enforce your company travel and expense policies within the application as they are happening.
-Q: Can I post my Company Travel and Reimbursement policy in Certify?
-A: Certify has an area to post and maintain your company travel and expense policies. Your policy (and updates to it) is readily available on-line to all users of Certify.
-Q: If my computer crashes is my Certify data lost?
-A: Certify is an internet based tool and all your data is securely stored on our servers. If your computer crashes or is rebuilt simply open a web browser and login to your Certify account. All your data will be there waiting for you.
